You can find it on my new recipe page.In case you were wondering why this fat free protein is called a “fat-free protein”, it has to do with the fact that every ingredient is also a protein. You would think that the fats would make up the majority of the protein, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

In other video related news, I just found out that in the video titled “The Other Foot”, a fat-free protein is supposed to mimic the taste of regular meat and therefore not taste as good. This is a very good video, but I also found this video on YouTube which has a ton of great videos, including this one. I will have to find a way to watch these videos when I don’t have a computer.

The Fatty Protein was thought to be the culprit, but I think the video is actually more responsible. The video shows the fatty protein’s taste is actually slightly different from regular meat, and if you’re a meat lover you will be happy to know that the fatty protein is actually very, very close to the texture and flavor of meat.
